You are NOT a condition, a BMI number or EVEN a weight.. you are a wonderful creation and you LIVE inside a both that either serves you or limits you. That body can affect you happiness... Treat it well and it will TREAT you well.

Everything happens for a reason, LIVE it, LOVE it, LEARN from it! Make your SMILE change the world, but don't let the WORLD change your SMILE! 

Motivation is NOT about will-POWER; it is about WANT-POWER!! <------- This is BEYOND TRUE, you have to want it more than you DON'T...

MAKE every STEP count! Fitness alone is a START but you have to have the RIGHT eating habits as well... SO MAKE EVERY STEP in your fitness journey COUNT!

You can do anything you set your mind to as long as you are willing to take that LEAP of faith and know that in the end all your small efforts will add together to create a BIG change! Keep the FAITH and you WILL get there!
