Have I fallen off the wagon a little since my round two results video, yeah I have been slacking to some extent but I refuse to give up or take a step back. I am starting round 3 of Insanity on the 18th and will be not only blogging it but I am also doing a challenge group (there are a few spots open so contact me ASAP if you want in! Click here for the details). I really want this to be the group to end all groups... Eating CLEAN, getting protein, and DIGGING deeper than ever before! I am EXCITED to take this next step, to take it to the next level.
I am also planning on doing some serious soul searching, developing as a person (that's where the self discovery aspect of my blog comes into play!). I don't just want this journey to be about getting "skinny" I want it to be about creating a life of significance, something to be proud of, getting fit not just on the outside but on the INSIDE as well!
Step one the "Push" 30 day challenge!
Day 1 homework...
- What are your values
- what's important
- what do you want people to know you for
- what are your guiding principles
- what feels like your calling
- what do you want to be remembered by
I value Truth and Integrity. It's important to me not to just LIVE but to achieve, to build and create significance not just in my life but for my family... and to help others do the same by building real and lasting relationships. I want people to know me as someone who has been there, someone who didn't have the easiest path but kicked adversity in the face, as a genuine soul building a dream! I am guided by my Family and the belief that I am capable of ANYTHING! It is my calling to reach out and show others that not only is it possible, but they are capable of creating BIG changes within themselves to build something GREAT for their life... when you DREAM big the sky is the limit... and I want to be remembered as someone who never gave up and as someone who SUCCEEDED in life! We only get one chance at this and I want to make sure when I check out there are no REGRETS, I don't want to wonder what could have been!
