Well here we are day two. I thought the fit test went well yesterday, my body was fatigued but I didn't feel sore. WOW was I wrong... I woke up this morning and my inner thighs were SCREAMING and the weight gloves REALLY made me feel it in my arms.
I forgot just how INSANE plyo was, I LOVE the sports drills but MAN do they ever kick my BUTT every time! I thinks that's the GREAT thing about this program, it doesn't get easier... YOU get better!
