Accountability: Insanity Workout Day 11/63

As you are probably WELL aware we seemed to have skipped a day.... What happened to day 10? Well the short version is I was absolutely DOWN and out! We are talking "hugging the toilet" down and out! Not sure what it was... I thought it was just my monthly but NO, I think it had to of been some sort of Stomach bug. I tried to do my workout but about mid way through I realized it just wasn't gonna happen. Probably not my brightest moment!

Well I guess I am going to have to make it up on my rest day, but that's ok by me! I'm definitely NOT planning on missing a single workout! I hit recovery today didn't feel like it was my BEST workout but I got it done... Only one pic today, just wasn't feeling in my groove!
