NEW Workout Plan

The last few weeks have been CRAZY hectic here... We have had a house guest for the last two weeks (not really by choice either) and it's really thrown a kink into my game. If you follow my facebook page I am sure you have been wondering whats going on, I was suppose to be doing Insanity Asylum right?!? Well I did start but life got in the way... I had a little slacker episode and sort of fell off the wagon, but the good news is I am Back on it!

Starting Monday I began a NEW schedule! Insanity and Chalean Extreme, the BEST of both worlds... I am still getting my crazy cardio FIX but I get to add in some AMAZING weight training days to help build and define! For some reason I have a serious Insanity addition, as much as I try to get away from it I keep coming BACK! I do plan on hitting Asylum NEXT but I think I need to get back into my groove before I jump into that one!
