If you are on my Facebook page, I’m sure you have seen me RAVE about the powers of eating clean. I have ridden the diet roller coaster for as long as I can remember… from fads, to gimmicks, all the way to borderline eating disorders. Let’s just say it’s been a bumpy ride, but clean eating is changing all of that. It’s not a diet, it’s not a fad, and it doesn’t include deprivation. Clean eating has changed my relationship with food and it can do the same thing for you!
Nutrition is 80% of the health and fitness battle, to reach those big goals we are going to have to make some changes. Everyone has their own view of what they consider "eating clean". Some people will be more strict than others depending on their goals (which is fine). You need to find out what works for you and your body. As long as you are making healthier choices for you and your family - you are moving in the right direction.
This planner will help you get started! Here is what is included:
- Clean eating principles: This will tell you EXACTLY what clean eating is, as well as what you should and shouldn’t do!
- 7 Day Meal Planner: Here you can plan all your clean meals for the week: breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, and snack* (*optional)
- Monthly Dinner planner: this is a great calendar for planning your family dinners!
- Clean Food Shopping list: This is a list of the most common clean foods (*note- this is NOT a complete list of ALL clean foods)
- Blank Grocery list: Go in the store PREPARED! After you plan your meals, make your list and SHOP
- Kitchen Inventory: 2 pages, this is to keep an active inventory of your pantry, fridge, and freezer.
- Blank Recipe Cards: Keep track of your FAVORITE clean eating recipes! This sheet has two blank recipe card template for you to fill out and add to your recipe selection!
- Recipe Page: Have a more detailed recipe? This single page will get the job done! Write all your favorite recipes out and put them in your binder!
- Recipe Cover Page: This page is the cover if your recipe binder

The clean eating meal planner is a "cookbook" every house needs. I want this so I can put it in a binder and tell my hubby it is a homemade "cookbook" & make sure he stays on the clean eating path with me. (:

DeleteEating healthy is a main goal for me. I want to take care of my family. Plus I was just looking into getting a nice planner and this would be the best of both worlds. It would be much of a time saver.

DeleteI would absolutely love this to help make my family and I healthy meals and snacks especially with how crazy busy our life is!! One of my kids ( 1 have 4 ages 17,15,10 & 9) has a severe peanut & tree nut allergy, 2 have Autism and 3 out of the 4 are in band(2 in Marching band),1 in Cheerleading, 1 in football and3 in bowling league so this would be an incredible tool that would help cut some of my daily stress.

DeleteI would love to get a free copy so I can start a new lifestyle for my 9 yr old son and 2 yr old daughter. I push fruits and veggies but with a busy schedule I want something around for my other half to look at and help him make better choices on meals and on the go snacks! I want my kids to start eating healthy at a young age and keep it with them as they grow up

DeletePeople need to be aware of the 80/20 rule when it comes to a healthier lifestyle. You can bust your ass in the fitness department, but it's what you put IN your body that really shows. Everyone needs a meal planner to stay on track. Great stuff Melissa!!

DeleteI think this is a fantastic idea... i definitely need this for my kitchen! i too have tried all of the fad diets, pills, etc. up until 2 weeks ago i started the clean eating diet and i am already noticing changes in my body! since i'm just starting out, ive been researching new recipes, so this would be perfect for me!
