INTRODUCING my all NEW 21 day fix meal planning series and we are kicking it off with a BIG ole FREEBIE!   7. What size binder should we purchase? 8x11? smaller version? what size are the pages of info that comes with the videos? I ordered mine last week, but haven't received my videos yet and I'm SUPER OCD/type A - so trying to get organized before it arrives. Thanks so much!

    1. A standard one inch binder from Dollar tree or walmart would work great. If you are as OCD as me make sure you get one that has pockets that way you can just tuck the nutrition guide right in there too (so everything is all together hahaha). The guide itself is what I would call a "Personal size" so it's small. But like I said it tucks perfectly in the pocket to keep everything in one place.
