21 Day Fix: Meal Plan 3

WELCOME to my NEW meal plan series for the 21 day FIX! These are going to be basic daily or weekly meal plans that are easy to follow, cost effective, & balanced. Sit back relax and take the GUESS work out of your planning and prepping! I am pretty OCD about my planners so this is the perfect addition to my FIX Meal planner Binder (CHECK out the FREE ---> Meal planner Recipe Binder) and the 21 day FIX Challenge planner...

These "Mini Meal plans" can be used for a single day or prep the menu for the entire week! Just print them off and add them to your binder. Plans will be based on the 1200-1499 plan so if you are in a higher calorie bracket adjust your containers accordingly.

Today we are featuring MEAL plan THREE <--- and YES, I am using this EXACT plan this week!

  • Breakfast: PB oatmeal & Berries
  • Snack: Shakeology with Spinach (blended with ice!) 
  • Lunch: Grilled Chicken, Steamed Veggies, Brown rice
  • Snack: Fruit Parfait (no granola)
  • Dinner: Salad
You will notice a trend with me. I like to keep it SIMPLE... the easier the meals and recipes, the easier it is to prep and execute. I tend to keep my carbs and fruits (normally) early in the day, and dinner tends to be relatively carb free. BUT you can always swap around dinner and lunch if you want, it's all about personal preference and finding a plan that works for you, is easy to duplicate, and last but not least gets you results!
