Water Challenge

There are so many benefits to drinking water! These days, doctors don't say that drinking 64 oz is the rule, but just a good guideline to follow (many doctors and health professionals recommend drinking half of your body weight in ounces each day).

For the next 30 days, I am going to challenge you to drink at least 64 oz of water each day (8 8oz glasses)

As a fun way to track your progress over the next 30 days, I have included a 30 day printable that you can use to monitor how you're doing. Cross off your glasses or COLOR them in, but keep track of what your drinking! Remember soda's, coffee, and juice don't count!

  1. Thank you so much for this! I usually lose count throughout the day, I'll put this on the fridge and will have no excuses for not keeping up. I'll just mark off 2 at each fill up since I use a 17 ounce glass! :D
