50+ DIY Salad Dressing Recipes

One of the biggest staples in my diet has to be a good ole salad. There are SO many ways to make it, top it, and dress it but not all choices out there keep your salad healthy. It's easy to take an AMAZINGLY healthy salad and turn it instantly unhealthy. Seriously I think this is one crime we have all been guilty of. The good intentions we started with now sits there topped with bacon, croutons, and store bought dressing.... yeah, we murdered it. I know it's happened to me a time or two.

I think the thing that gets me most about clean eating is the condiments. I love my condiments and most of them aren't what I call clean. So this week I went on search of HEALTHY DIY salad dressings.

As I got to searching I thought this might just be a great time to compile of list of interesting dressings to try.... This is by no means a complete list, and I am sure you may need to make adjustments to some of the recipes based on your nutritional needs/goals but maybe you can find at least one that can help you "DRESS" your salad a little healthier!
