30 Day Habit Calendar

Research suggests it can take as little as 18 days (but an average of 66 days for most!) to form a new habit, and penciling in gym sessions and at home workouts  ahead of time (like an important meeting or a friend’s birthday) is just one way to get that butt into gear.  So why not get started today with this NEW 30 day habit tracker. Just set your goal, choose a reward, and PLAN too succeed! Remember DON'T break the chain. Cross off each day with a red "X" and watch your chain grow into an AMAZING new habit!  

  • Set a GOAL- What habit do you want to create for the next 30 days? Is it working out, eating better, drinking more water, quitting smoking?? Whatever your goal is WRITE it down!
  • PLAN- Use the 1-30 days to plan your workout, meals, water intake, or whatever you need to do to meet your goal.
  • CHOOSE a reward- Who doesn't like a good reward? Choose something that is meaningful to you. Maybe a mani or pedi. It doesn't have to be big or cost a LOT, it just has to be something that will feel like a bonus for completing your 30 day goal! 

Always remember change happens one day at a time, one step at a time... If you're ready to embrace change: set a goal, create a plan, take action, and don't be afraid to ask for help.
