Level TWO Exercise Plan

Are you ready for LEVEL two?
If you have completed level ONE, you are officially ready to hit the second phase. We are talking about level two. This level will push you a little harder and ask you to give a little more, BUT completing level one has helped you to set a routine so you got this! Remember getting fit isn't about mastering crazy moves or lifting heavy weights... it's about taking action EVERYDAY to reach your goal. You don't have to be doing the toughest workout on the planet to make progress.

  7. I saw on Level 1 that you should do 3 rounds of the four exercises. Is that true of Level 2 also, or do you cut back to 2 rounds?
